Every project begins with a conversation. We’ll learn about your home, your vision, your priorities, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. This is an opportunity to understand your goals, answer initial questions, and determine whether we’re the right fit for one another.
We’ll meet at your home to explore the space, discuss possibilities, and better understand the scope of your project. We’ll take measurements, assess existing conditions, and identify any considerations that will help inform the design and planning process.
This is where your ideas begin to take shape. We’ll work together to develop a thoughtful design that balances aesthetics, functionality, and the character of your home. Through layouts, material selections, and design details, we’ll establish a clear vision for the finished space.
With the design established, we’ll develop a detailed project estimate outlining the anticipated costs, materials, and scope of work. We’ll walk through the numbers together, answer questions, and make any necessary adjustments to align the project with your expectations.
Once the details are finalized, we’ll review the project scope, budget, selections, and anticipated timeline. With everything in place, we’ll formalize the agreement and begin preparing for construction. This step ensures we’re all on the same page before work begins. At this stage we take a 50% deposit to secure your place on our calendar and allow us to begin procuring construction materials.
Now the vision becomes reality. Our team coordinates every aspect of the build, managing trades, materials, scheduling, and the details that bring the design together. We prioritize quality craftsmanship, a well-managed jobsite, and clear communication throughout the project so you always know what to expect.
The final details matter. We’ll walk through the completed project together, address any remaining items, and make sure everything meets our standards and your expectations. We’ll leave you with the information you need to care for your new space and, most importantly, a home that’s ready to be enjoyed.
