Highly recommend!
We hired Kirkland Property Solutions to completely remodel our master bathroom and closet—and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They gutted everything down to the studs, reconfigured walls, installed heated tile floors, a custom tile shower with a heated seat and floor, and expanded our closet with all new electrical and plumbing.
Brendan and his team were professional, punctual, and great communicators throughout the entire process. Like any big renovation, we had a small issue along the way—but they addressed it quickly and made it right without hesitation. That speaks volumes.
It’s not easy to find a contractor you can trust, but Kirkland Property Solutions is exactly that. We highly recommend them for any project, big or small!

Phenomenal!
We had a wonderful experience with Kirkland and are thrilled with the remodel of our master bath. Our bathroom was gutted to the studs, included complex tile work, and required the relocation of a door, toilet, plumbing and electrical wiring. Brendan and his team were professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. Their workmanship and pride in what they do resulted in a luxurious and functional space.
Kirkland is a top-notch contractor that we highly recommend if you’re considering any type of renovation – phenomenal work all around!

Nothing short of Amazing!
We hired Kirkland Property Solutions to remodel a house we wanted to move into. This was a complete house remodel interior and exterior. They installed a new roof, all windows, doors and new siding. The interior was taken down to studs and completely redone. They removed a wall separating the kitchen and living room. Fireplace was removed, new kitchen cabinets and countertops were added. A large island was put in the kitchen. New cabinets in the bathroom with new walk in shower and another half bath was redone. New drywall and paint throughout. The transformation from an outdated house to what it is now is nothing short of amazing. Brendan and his crew were very professional and great to work with. Communication throughout this project was great and every detail was considered. My wife and I are very happy we used Kirkland for this project and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone. We can’t thank them enough for the work that was done and the final product.
