We hired Kirkland Property Solutions LLC after we got into a very unAfortunate position with our previous contractor. Our house deffinetly had alot of hidden issues, including mold/rot, demolition and reconstruction. The crew handled every issue ontop of redoing siding facia, soffet, dripedge and some roofing that had been improperly installed by our previous contractor. We can finally say we are happy with our house again. We have more work to do to finish our project and look forward to working with Kirkland Property Solutions LLC again in the near future.
