We are more than impressed with Brendan and his crew. We recently built our house and had these guys come in after to finish our basement. Hardworking, experienced, quick, neat, professional, the list goes on and on. After working with a lot of contractors over the past 2 years, this experience was by far the smoothest. We will be sure to contact Brendan going forward with any job we plan to do.

Make your remodel quick and easy
We hired Kirkland Property Solutions LLC after we got into a very unfortunate position with our previous contractor. Our house deffinetly had alot of hidden issues, including mold/rot, demolition and reconstruction. The crew handled every issue ontop of redoing siding facia, soffet, dripedge and some roofing that had been improperly installed by our previous contractor. We can finally say we are happy with our house again. We have more work to do to finish our project and look forward to working with Kirkland Property Solutions LLC again in the near future.
